Brentwood Texas Homes

The Brentwood real estate area is situated south of Justin Lane, and north of W 45th St, and includes more than 4,000 homes and condos in a variety of styles and vintages. Values for homes in Brentwood have risen steadily in recent years, following the relocation of the local airport from the nearby Robert Mueller site, to the Austin Bergstrom International site in the city's southeast corner. The airport transference took Brentwood out of the commercial flight path, and immediately boosted property values. Most Brentwood condos are located along the neighborhood's primary and secondary thoroughfares. These units are commonly owned by young professionals and university students attending nearby U-T Austin.
